Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician responsible for delivering high-quality outpatient care as part of a multidisciplinary team across ambulatory locations. The role supports physicians with integrated care coordination, administrative and marketing support, and clinical administrative tasks to allow focus on patient care. Works within a not-for-profit health system serving a large population, with scheduling consisting of four clinical days and one administrative day, and opportunities for professional growth through Lean-based problem solving, quality-improvement initiatives, and collaborations with affiliated academic and community partners. Includes potential sign-on and relocation support where applicable and requires Massachusetts licensure, and board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
