Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician

Provide outpatient primary care across multiple ambulatory locations in southeastern Massachusetts as part of a multidisciplinary team. Role features four clinical days and one administrative day, physician representation on the Board of Directors, integrated care coordination with support staff, and full marketing support to help grow the provider's practice. Practice focuses on high-quality, safe care for a diverse patient population across 15 ambulatory locations, with opportunities for clinical and administrative collaboration, and affiliation with major medical centers. Requires Massachusetts license and board eligibility/certification in Internal Medicine; active MA CSR and Federal DEA credentials are expected.
