Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician needed to join Signature Healthcare in southeastern Massachusetts. Practice involves delivering outpatient care as part of a multidisciplinary team across 15 ambulatory locations, with a schedule of four clinical days and one administrative day. The role supports physician representation on the Board of Directors, integrated care coordination with support staff, and marketing support to grow the provider's practice. Clinical administrative support is provided to allow focus on clinical care. The system serves a large regional population and emphasizes Lean management, continuous process improvement, and collaborative care across Abington, Bridgewater, Brockton, Hanson, Easton, Randolph, and Raynham.
