Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician

Provide outpatient primary care within a multidisciplinary team across multiple ambulatory sites in southeastern Massachusetts. Deliver four clinical days and one administrative day weekly, participate in integrated care coordination, and engage in provider representation on the Board of Directors with full marketing support to grow the practice. Support clinical administration and focus on delivering high-quality outpatient care. Collaborative, community-focused physician with LOA commitments and participation in a not-for-profit health system across multiple locations; must hold Massachusetts medical licensure and be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
