Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician

Family Medicine physician role focused on outpatient primary care within Signature Healthcare’s ambulatory network. The provider will join a multidisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population across multiple sites in southeastern Massachusetts. Expect four clinical days and one administrative day per week, with physician representation on the Board of Directors, integrated care coordination, and marketing support to grow the practice. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality, safe care in an outpatient setting with access to clinical and administrative support, malpractice coverage, CME reimbursement, and generous PTO/holidays. Requires Massachusetts medical license and board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine; MA CSR and Federal DEA credentials. The role supports relocation and sign-on where applicable and may involve telemedicine as part of the outpatient care model.
