Job Summary
Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics while overseeing, directing, and administering primary care for Medicare populations. Prescribe pharmaceutical treatments, maintain electronic medical records via Canopy and Greenway, and collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals. Direct and manage the center care team with practice managers to ensure equitable, value-based healthcare delivery. This full-time role requires an M.D. or D.O. with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, an active DEA license, and unrestricted state licensure. The position offers a base salary range of $174,070.00 - $374,920.00 and includes comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization

- Fellowship training in Geriatrics
- Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations
- Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
- Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes
