Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care in a 100% office-based setting in Glastonbury, Connecticut, with full-time weekday hours. Manage patient interactions via Epic with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, and patient self-scheduling tools. Maintain optional faculty appointment for teaching while utilizing robust staffing including nursing and medical assistants. Required Qualifications
