Job Summary
Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians sought to join VA Primary Care teams across Phoenix-area clinics (Phoenix 32nd Street, Phoenix Southwest, Scottsdale, Surprise) with Monday–Friday schedules, flexible shifts (5/8 or 4/10 hours), no nights/weekends/on-call duties, and patient panels of 8–18. Emphasizes individual patient care with small panel sizes, strong work-life balance, comprehensive VA benefits, loan repayment opportunities, EDRP eligibility, and nationwide mobility. Licensure in the U.S. and full clinical privileges required. Location options include Phoenix-area clinics and related VA facilities; relocation support is provided.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Active U.S. medical license
- Full and unrestricted license to work at VA facilities
