Job Summary

Board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join the Phoenix VA Health Care System Primary Care teams across multiple clinics (Phoenix 32nd Street, Phoenix Southwest, Scottsdale, Surprise). Schedule features Monday–Friday with flexible 5/8-hour or 4/10-hour shifts, no nights/weekends/holidays, and no on-call duties. Manage a patient panel of 8–18 patients per day with a focus on individual patient care in a VA setting. Benefits include competitive pay based on training and local market, annual performance bonus up to $15,000, guaranteed salary increases, generous leave (vacation, sick time, federal holidays), paid CME, VA retirement plans, health insurance, life insurance, nationwide mobility with relocation benefits, and Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) up to $200,000. Licensure requires 1 full and unrestricted U.S. medical license to practice at VA facilities.
