Board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians sought to join VA Primary Care at Phoenix VA Health Care System. Roles involve managing a patient panel (8-18/day) with no night/weekend/on-call duties, five-day workweeks with flexible 4/5- or 5/8-hour shifts, and a robust benefits package including student loan repayment, CME leave, relocation mobility, malpractice coverage, and federal retirement options. Opportunities exist across multiple VA clinics (Phoenix/Tucson area). Required Qualifications

  • Board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians
  • Activatable medical license in the United States (full & unrestricted)
  • Board certification to receive CME leave (5 days)
  • Be eligible for EDRP/education loan repayment program (up to $200,000)
  • Ability to manage a patient panel and provide primary care
  • Work schedule Monday to Friday with flexible shifts (no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call)
