Job Summary

Board-certified/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians sought for VA Primary Care across multiple Phoenix-area clinics. The role focuses on individual patient care with a smaller patient panel, Monday–Friday schedules with flexible 5/8 or 4/10 shifts, and no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. Manage a patient panel of 8 to 18 patients daily and participate in a broad benefits package with strong work-life balance, VA benefits, education debt reduction program, relocation options, malpractice coverage under federal tort laws, and up to $15,000 annual performance bonus. Required Qualifications
