Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician role with Phoenix VA Health Care System. Flexible 5/8-hour or 4/10-hour shifts across multiple clinics (Phoenix 32nd Street, Phoenix Southwest, Scottsdale, Surprise) with Monday–Friday schedule and no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. Manage a patient panel of 8–18 patients per day, focusing on individualized care within a smaller panel context. Comprehensive VA benefits including 26 days vacation, 13 sick days, 11 federal holidays, CME leave, and education debt reduction program (EDRP) up to $200,000.
