Job Summary

Provide primary care to veterans at the Hemet VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic, including outpatient adult and older adult care with telemedicine capabilities; supervise mid-level providers and medical students/residents; participate in CQI and facility programs; ensure timely CPRS documentation and collaborative care with social work, prosthetics, HBHC, and private nursing homes; engage in ongoing medical education and professional development; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm; duties include coordinating patient education and treatment plans and contributing to a team-based care model within a state-of-the-art VA clinic.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must possess a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a state, territory, or D.C.
  • Completed Internal Medicine Residency Training
  • Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years Recent Active Primary Care Clinical Practice with women's health experience (preferred)
  • 5 years of primary care experience (preferred)
