Job Summary
Board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians are sought to join the Phoenix VA Health Care System Primary Care team across multiple clinics (Phoenix 32nd Street, Phoenix Southwest, Scottsdale, Surprise). Schedule typically Monday–Friday with flexible shifts (5/8-hour or 4/10-hour) and no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. Manage a patient panel of 8–18 patients per day with a focus on individual patient care. Required Qualifications
- Board-eligible/Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, full and unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Ability to obtain applicable VA credentialing and privileging
- Experience treating adult patients in a Primary Care setting
- Strong patient-centered care and communication skills
- Commitment to VA mission and patient care standards
