Job Summary
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians sought for Primary Care teams at the Phoenix VA Health Care System across multiple clinics (Phoenix 32nd Street, Phoenix Southwest, Scottsdale, Surprise). Schedule Monday–Friday with flexible shifts (5/8 or 4/10 hours), no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call. Manage patient panels of 8–18 patients/day with focus on individualized care. Benefits include VA health coverage, loan repayment up to $200k via EDRP, paid CME, generous leave, relocation benefits, and professional growth opportunities. Board certification required for CME leave eligibility; positions located in Phoenix, AZ and Nashville, TN with full in-person clinical duties.

- board-certified or board-eligible
