Job Summary
Board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians sought to join the Phoenix VA Health Care System Primary Care team across multiple clinics (Phoenix 32nd Street, Phoenix Southwest, Scottsdale, Surprise). Role features Monday–Friday schedules with flexible 5/8-hour or 4/10-hour shifts, no nights/weekends/on-call, and patient panels of 8–18. Benefits include competitive pay based on training/experience, performance bonus up to $15k/year, relocation/ mobility options, extensive leave (vacation, sick time, holidays), CME leave, malpractice coverage, and federal retirement plans. The Education Debt Reduction Program offers up to $200,000 in student loan repayment. Requires BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and a full U.S. medical license.
