Job Summary

Board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join the Phoenix VA Health Care System Primary Care team. Manage a patient panel and provide individual patient-focused care with a smaller panel size (8-18 patients per day). Flexible work schedule (Monday–Friday; 5/8 or 4/10 shifts), with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. Opportunities for professional growth, generous VA benefits, and the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) with up to $200,000 in student loan repayment. Positions include clinical diversity across multiple clinics (Phoenix 32nd Street, Phoenix Southwest, Scottsdale, Surprise). Competitive pay based on training and local labor market, with an annual performance bonus up to $15,000; guaranteed salary increases; comprehensive leave, CME support, and federal retirement plans. Licensure is required to practice at VA facilities. Relocation benefits available for eligible candidates. Required Qualifications
