Job Summary
Full-time Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join Dignity Health Medical Group in Stockton, CA. Outpatient, 100% outpatient practice with no hospital call or rounding, Monday–Friday schedule with optional 4- or 5-day week, and potential for evening clinics. Practice scope includes chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid conditions, arthritis), women's health, mental health counseling, preventive medicine, and a broad outpatient scope with opportunities to shape practice in a multidisciplinary team. Academic environment with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residency programs, mentorship, and strong referral networks. Competitive compensation ($275k–$300k/year), sign-on bonus up to $125k, relocation assistance of $20k, comprehensive benefits, loan repayment options, and potential H-1B sponsorship on a case-by-case basis.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Must possess or be eligible for an unrestricted California medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
