Compensation includes a salary guarantee of $280,000–$300,000 annually plus productivity/quality incentives, with sign-on, relocation, and student loan assistance, and PSLF-eligible employer benefits. Requires MD or DO degree, board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, active California medical license (or ability to obtain), and DEA certification. Location is San Luis Obispo, CA, with a strong coastal community setting and affiliation to Dignity Health. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
