Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician

Carbon Health is seeking a Board-certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join a national network as a Primary Care Physician in a role featuring a 4-day work week, no call, holidays off, and a sign-on or relocation bonus. The position emphasizes patient-centered, relationship-driven care within a team-based environment, managing adult patients (no pediatrics) and providing basic women’s health services (e.g., Pap smears) while supervising PAs/NPs and MAs. Responsibilities include conducting histories and physicals, developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, interpreting diagnostics (x-rays, labs, EKGs), and optimizing patient flow with Central Support. The role leverages CarbyOS, an in-house EHR, and invites involvement in clinical research and ongoing professional development with opportunities for leadership and growth within Carbon Health’s nationwide network.
