Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician

Carbon Health is seeking a Board-certified MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join as a Primary Care Physician in Carbon Health's national network. The role emphasizes patient-centered, relationship-driven care with a 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, and holidays off.
