Job Summary
Provide patient-centered primary care as part of a high-performing Carbon Health team. Responsibilities include conducting patient-focused history and physical exams, providing basic women’s health services (including Pap smears), developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, caring for adult patients (no pediatrics), interpreting x-rays, labs, and EKGs, managing patient flow with Central Support, and providing leadership and supervision for MAs, PAs, and NPs to maintain a quality patient panel. Utilize CarbyOS EHR and AI tools to reduce administrative burden and support clinical research opportunities. Requires board-certified MD/DO in Family or Internal Medicine, state licensure (or eligibility), and BLS. Locations include Sacramento, CA and New York City, NY with in-person duties at each site. Start date and compensation reflect experience, with a base salary between $260k and $367.2k and potential incentive bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in state
- BLS certification required before first day
