Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician

Carbon Health is seeking a Board-certified Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join a national network in Evansville, IN. The role features a 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and holidays off. Responsibilities include conducting patient-focused history and physicals, providing basic women’s health services (including Pap smears), developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, caring for adult patients, interpreting X-rays, labs, and EKGs, managing patient flow with Central Support, and providing leadership for a team of MAs and support staff while supervising assigned PAs/NPs and maintaining a patient panel with emphasis on quality outcomes. The salary range for a full-time clinician is $260,000–$367,200 annually.
