Job Summary
Carbon Health is seeking a Board-certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join our national network as a Primary Care Physician in a 4-day work week, with no call, no weekends, and holidays off. You’ll provide patient-centered care to adult patients, perform basic women’s health services (Pap smears), interpret X-rays, labs, and EKGs, manage patient flow with Central Support, and lead a team of MAs and support staff while supervising PAs/NPs. The role emphasizes innovation and technology-driven care using CarbyOS, with opportunities for clinical research participation and eligible sign-on/relocation bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- BLS certification required before first day
- No pediatrics in patient care scope
- Comfortable with women's health services (Pap smears)
- Patient-centered care mindset
- Experience supervising or leading clinical teams (MAs, PAs/NPs)
- Ability to manage a patient panel and ensure quality outcomes
