Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician

Primary Care Physician at Carbon Health in Sacramento or Chandler locations. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a high-performing, collaborative team. Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an unrestricted DEA license and state licensure. Responsibilities include conducting history and physical exams, basic women’s health services (including Pap smears), developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, caring for adult patients (no pediatrics), interpreting X-rays, labs, and EKGs, managing patient flow with Central Support, leading a team of MAs and support staff, supervising PAs/NPs, and managing a patient panel focused on quality outcomes. Lead care delivery within CarbyOS-based, technology-enabled environment, participate in clinical research where available, and participate in growth opportunities.
