Family Medicine, Virtual Primary Care Physician

Carbon Health is seeking a Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a national network as a Primary Care Physician in a 4-day work week setting with no call, no weekends, and holidays off. Responsibilities include patient-focused history and physical exams, basic women’s health services, evidence-based workups and treatment plans for adult patients, interpreting x-rays, labs, and EKGs, coordinating with Central Support, providing leadership for a team of MAs and support staff, supervising PAs/NPs, managing a patient panel with emphasis on quality outcomes, and leveraging CarbyOS for efficient care.
