Job Summary
Provide patient-centered primary care as part of a high-performing Carbon Health team in Sacramento. Responsibilities include conducting history and physical exams, providing basic women's health services (Pap smears), developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, caring for adult patients (no pediatrics), interpreting X-rays, labs, and EKGs, managing patient flow with Central Support, leading a team of MAs and support staff, supervising PAs/NPs, and managing a patient panel with a focus on quality outcomes. Must be board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine, hold or be eligible for state licensure, and maintain BLS. Required Qualifications
