Job Summary
Carbon Health seeks a Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a national network as a Primary Care Physician in Rochester. You will provide patient-centered care in a high-performing, tech-enabled team, including supervision of PAs/NPs and leadership for Medical Assistants and support staff. Responsibilities include patient-focused history and physical exams, basic women's health services (Pap smears), evidence-based workups and treatment plans, managing adult patients, interpreting x-rays, labs, and EKGs, optimizing patient flow with Central Support, and contributing to quality outcomes within a 4-day work week with no call. The role leverages CarbyOS, Carbon Health’s AI-powered EHR, to reduce administrative burden and enable higher patient care time. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health
