Job Summary
Primary Care Physician at Carbon Health in a nationwide network role focused on adult, patient-centered care with a 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, and holidays off. Responsibilities include conducting history and physical exams, providing basic women’s health services (Pap smears), developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, managing a patient panel with emphasis on quality outcomes, facilities for imaging and labs interpretation (x-rays, EKGs), supervising a team of MAs and support staff, and supervising PAs/NPs. The role leverages CarbyOS EHR with AI-assisted notes, supports leadership within the care team, and offers opportunities to participate in clinical research depending on site capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health
