Job Summary
Conduct virtual primary care for 12 adult veterans daily from 8:00am to 4:30pm at the Veteran Affairs Clinic in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Maintain an unrestricted state license and hold current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association. Serve as a locum tenens provider with a credentialing timeframe of 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Primary Care Physician
- Any Unrestricted State License
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
- Patients per day: 12
- Practice Setting: Veteran Affairs Clinic
- Scope: 100% Adult Veterans
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
