Job Summary
Conduct primary care and surgical obstetrics services for underserved populations within a faith-based, Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. Deliver integrated whole-person care by coordinating with behavioral health, dieticians, pharmacists, and social workers during office visits. Assist with the residency program and develop individualized health plans for patients. Serve as a Board Certified Family Physician with OB experience in a collegial environment supporting over 900 medical residents and students.
