Job Summary
Conduct primary care and surgical obstetrics services within a Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, delivering integrated behavioral health, dietetics, and pharmacology support during single-office visits. Assist with the residency program and develop individualized health plans for underserved populations. Work in a faith-based, collegial environment serving the largest specialty-based FQHC in the nation, with a surrounding population approaching 4 million. Candidates must be Board Certified with strong interpersonal skills.
