Job Summary
Conduct primary care and surgical obstetrics services for a diverse patient population in a faith-based, collegial environment. Develop individualized health and wellness plans with patients while providing strong interpersonal support. Assist with the residency program and coordinate integrated care involving behavioral health, dieticians, pharmacists, and social workers within a single office visit. Serve the most vulnerable populations as part of a whole-person, team-based model at SAC Health System, leveraging partnerships with over 100 community organizations. Begin in Murrieta, CA, with a starting base compensation of $280,000–$310,000.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Family Physician
