Job Summary
Conduct primary care and surgical obstetrics services for underserved populations within a Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. Assist with the residency program and develop individualized health and wellness plans for each patient. Work within a whole-person, team-based model integrating behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, and social workers. Serve as a Board Certified Family Physician with OB experience in a faith-based environment at SAC Health System.
