Job Summary
Conduct primary care and surgical obstetrics services within a Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, delivering integrated whole-person care including behavioral health, dietetics, and social work. Assist with the residency program and develop individualized health plans for underserved populations. Work in a collegial, faith-based environment serving over 900 medical residents and students from Loma Linda University. The role requires Board Certification in Family Medicine with OB experience. Starting base compensation ranges from $280,000 to $310,000 annually, with additional benefits including generous retirement contributions, comprehensive medical/dental coverage, and paid malpractice insurance. California residency is required upon start date.
