Job Summary
Conduct primary care and surgical obstetrics services for underserved populations within a faith-based, whole-person care model. Assist with the residency program and develop individualized health and wellness plans for patients. Work within a Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home that integrates behavioral health, dieticians, pharmacists, and social workers during office visits. Serve as a Board Certified Family Physician with OB experience in a collegial environment at SAC Health System, located in Murrieta, CA.
