BE/BC Family Medicine physicians sought for a long-standing community health clinic in Bakersfield, CA to join a 6-provider team. Practice cradle-to-grave primary care in a 100% outpatient setting with 3 shifts of 12 hours each. No weekend, night, or call coverage required. Guaranteed base salary of $300,000+ with a 1099 option available. Sign-on, student loan repayment, and relocation stipends offered. Comprehensive benefits include PTO, CME, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, and malpractice coverage. Located in Southern California, within driving distance to LA and Long Beach; suburban waterfront town with cost-of-living advantages.
