Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty

Job Summary

Deliver high-quality care to community patients while supervising residents and medical students in inpatient and outpatient settings with occasional call coverage. Teach didactics, contribute to curriculum development, and lead simulation training alongside regular evaluation and feedback sessions. Participate in clinical discussions, rounds, journal clubs, and residency committees while pursuing faculty development annually. Serve as an advisor for educational goal setting and career planning, fostering a culture of learning that emphasizes quality, equity, and humanism. Incorporate principles of population health and research into practice-based improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Clinically active in Family Medicine
  • Nursery/Newborn care
  • American Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine from ABFM or AOBFM
  • Currently hold or possess the ability to obtain medical licensure to practice medicine in New Hampshire
  • Currently hold or possess ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority
  • Unrestricted credentials in FM department
  • Commitment to providing team-based, high-quality, evidence-based patient care
  • Commitment to training the physicians of tomorrow, with interest in curriculum development and medical pedagogy
  • Demonstrated administrative, scholarly and research activity

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous teaching experience in an ACGME-accredited program
  • Inpatient Medicine teaching
  • OB/pre-natal care
  • Osteopathic candidates
  • Commitment to providing team-based, high-quality, evidence-based patient care
