Job Summary
Conduct resident supervision, manage program accreditation, and lead curriculum development for a 70% family medicine, 30% obstetrics GME program. Coordinate rotation scheduling, coach residents, and serve on evaluation and clinical competency committees. Administer an educational environment aligned with ACGME competency areas while performing assigned clinical and administrative duties. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC EMR. Full-time role with 1:3 call from home or office and one weekend call monthly.

- Split schedule of resident supervision, personal clinical, and administrative time

- Serve as a member of the program evaluation committee
- Serve as a member of the clinical competency committee
- Perform additional academic and clinical duties as assigned by the program director
