Job Summary
Supervise 8 residents per program year while managing personal clinical and administrative duties. Collaborate with the Program Director on accreditation, recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching. Serve on the program evaluation and clinical competency committees, administering an educational environment aligned with ACGME competency areas. Perform additional academic and clinical duties as assigned. Model professionalism for residents, medical students, and clinical staff while demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills. Utilize proficiency with Microsoft Office and the EPIC EMR. Full-time role with 1:3 call from home or office and one weekend call monthly.

- BC/BE Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician
