Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Family Medicine with OB physician sought to join AdventHealth Wesley Chapel's Graduate Medical Education team. 70% family medicine and 30% obstetrics with potential growth in OB as the program expands. Responsibilities include supervising residents, working with the Program Director on accreditation, residency recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching; serving on evaluation and competency committees; performing additional academic and clinical duties; and modeling professionalism. Requires excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in EPIC EMR and general computer skills. Academic medicine experience preferred; equivalent educational qualifications may be acceptable by the FM Review Committee of the ACGME. Full-time with a compensation package, signing bonus, moving expenses, and benefits; includes board/licensing/DEA fees coverage and CME time.
