Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Full-time Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician to join AdventHealth Wesley Chapel's Graduate Medical Education team. Position involves roughly 70% family medicine and 30% obstetrics with potential growth in OB as the program builds volume, and a call schedule of 1:3 from home or office plus one weekend per month. Responsibilities include resident supervision, collaboration with the Program Director on program accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and participation in program evaluation and clinical competency committees. Faculty will administer and maintain an educational environment conducive to educating residents across ACGME competencies, with additional academic and clinical duties as assigned. Required skills include excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal abilities, and proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office.
