Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician sought to join AdventHealth Wesley Chapel’s Graduate Medical Education team. Role comprises roughly 70% Family Medicine and 30% Obstetrics with potential OB growth as the program expands. Full-time responsibilities include resident supervision, personal clinical duties, and administrative time; collaboration with the Program Director on accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, and curriculum development; participation in program evaluation and clinical competency committees; and academic/clinical duties as assigned. Candidates should have strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and be proficient with EPIC EMR and standard office software. This role emphasizes teaching and mentorship within an academic medicine environment, with a strong emphasis on resident education and patient-centered care.
