Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician needed to join our Graduate Medical Education Team in a full-time academic faculty role. Approximately 70% clinical Family Medicine and 30% obstetrics with opportunity to grow OB volume as the program expands. Responsibilities include resident supervision, personal clinical time, and administrative duties; collaborating with the Program Director on accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching; serving on the program evaluation committee and clinical competency committee; participating in additional academic and clinical duties as assigned; demonstrating strong communication and leadership; modeling professionalism to residents, medical students, and staff; maintaining proficient computer skills (EPIC EMR, Microsoft Office); and contributing to an educational environment aligned with ACGME competencies. Priorities also include faculty involvement in accreditation processes and educational program development.
