Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician sought for a growing GME program at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. The role is full-time with a split focus: roughly 70% family medicine and 30% obstetrics, with potential OB growth as the program expands. Responsibilities include resident supervision, clinical duties, and administrative time; collaboration with the Program Director on accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching; serving on the program evaluation committee and clinical competency committee; additional academic and clinical duties as assigned; and leadership in a teaching environment. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional conduct, and proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office. Faculty will be responsible for maintaining an educational environment aligned with ACGME competencies across subspecialties as required by the ACGME FM Review Committee.
