Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Family Medicine with OB for a Graduate Medical Education program in a 169-bed Florida hospital. Full-time faculty role combining roughly 70% family medicine and 30% obstetrics with potential OB growth. Responsibilities include resident supervision, collaboration with the Program Director on accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching; participate in program evaluation committees and clinical competency committee; perform academic and clinical duties, and maintain an educational environment aligned with ACGME competencies. Requires strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office; interest in academic medicine and resident/medical student education.
