Family Medicine plus OB for GME program - Adventhealth Wesley Chapel

Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician needed for AdventHealth Wesley Chapel's Graduate Medical Education program. The role involves roughly 70% family medicine and 30% obstetrics with potential OB growth, and a schedule including resident supervision, personal clinical duties, and administrative time. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Program Director on program accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching; serving on program evaluation and clinical competency committees; and contributing to educational activities for residents and medical students. Requires excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and the EPIC EMR. Faculty will maintain an educational environment supporting ACGME competency areas, with equivalent educational qualifications potentially acceptable by the FM Review Committee of the ACGME.
