Job Summary
Family Medicine with OB physician for a Graduate Medical Education program in Wesley Chapel, FL. The role splits roughly 70% family medicine and 30% obstetrics, with potential growth in OB as the program expands. Full-time faculty duties include resident supervision, personal clinical time, and administrative time; collaboration with the Program Director on accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching; participation in program evaluation and clinical competency committees; and additional academic/clinical duties as assigned. Requires BC/BE in Family Medicine with Obstetrics, strong communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office. The position emphasizes education in a university-affiliated clinical environment with an emphasis on evidence-based, patient-centered care and resident training.
