Job Summary
Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician to join AdventHealth Wesley Chapel’s Graduate Medical Education team. Role is full-time with a split schedule (~70% Family Medicine, ~30% Obstetrics) and opportunities to grow OB volume as the program expands. Responsibilities include supervising residents, collaborating with the Program Director on accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and serving on educational committees. The faculty will maintain an educational environment aligned with ACGME competencies, perform academic and clinical duties, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership. Proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office is expected. Occasional on-call duties and academic/admin duties are included. Educational qualifications may be acceptable per the FM Review Committee of the ACGME; signing bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine with Obstetrics
- Academic medicine experience preferred
- ACGME-related educational responsibilities
- EPIC EMR proficiency
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to supervise residents and participate in program accreditation and curriculum development
