Job Summary
Family Medicine with OB physician for a growing GME program. Role involves roughly 70% Family Medicine and 30% Obstetrics with potential OB growth; 1:3 call from home or office and one weekend per month. Performs resident supervision, personal clinical duties, and administrative time; participates in program accreditation, resident recruitment, rotation scheduling, curriculum development, and resident coaching. Faculty duties include maintaining an educational environment across ACGME competencies; requires strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; EPIC EMR proficiency; and commitment to resident and medical student education. Full-time with competitive base salary, signing bonus, moving expenses, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Family Medicine with Obstetrics
- desire to participate in Graduate Medical Education
- ability to supervise residents and participate in accreditation activities
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office
